Eliz is a financial coach combining happiness science and positive psychology to help you get the most of your finances and reach financial happiness. We see financial happiness as the alignment of financial behaviour with your core values. We help you track and improve the impact of you finances yourself, others, and the planet.
Eliz’s approach of maximizing your happiness while managing your money is inspired by research at Harvard University and British Columbia, by leading researchers who determined how money can make us happy.
To encourage you to get the most out of your money, Eliz recommends saving, donating, and spending type challenges. For each challenge completed, you accumulate JOYs reward points which can be converted into gift cards to finance your desires.
Elizs challenges:
- Save automatically before consuming: Create a savings project. Eliz helps you achieve your goals effortlessly by taking small amounts every now and again to set aside.
- Buy experiences: experiences (Travel, shows, outings, etc.) provides a feeling of happiness before, during and after the real experience through memories
- Buy time: Eliz provides services to free you from daily chores and give you a chance to share more time with loved ones and focus on your hobbies.
- Invest in others: Eliz helps you put your money where your heart is by supporting the causes that matter to you.
- Investing in yourself: Investing in yourself is without question the best investment you can make, one of the best ways to spend your money.
- Participate in the global effort to fight climate change. Eliz calculates your CO2 emissions based on your expenses and provides you alternative consumption routes.
